Premier’s new Aviation Series are the first range of drums to be introduced under the British Collection; a selection of first-class instruments exclusively designed and manufactured in England.

The Aviation Series epitomises classic British craftsmanship employing traditional woodworking techniques to produce one of the most beautiful snare drum ranges available today. Handcrafted from the finest materials and finished in a splendid Georgian English oak with a satin oil effect, there are a choice of three avant-garde sizes - 14” x 5.75”, 14” x 6.25” and 14” x 7.25” offering an unrivalled, responsive tone that is crisp and clean with great attack and a fast decay.

Each model is distinctive in itself, displaying its own unmistakable character, imbued with the spirit and ingenuity behind British aviation design. The chrome plated steel lugs are precision engineered whilst the aero-dynamically designed internal washers isolate the fitting from the shell thus maximizing shell resonance and improving the overall acoustic performance.

Continuing Premier’s tradition of producing the finest percussive instruments, the Aviation Series offer versatility to any musical scenario. The tuning operation is smoother owing to the 3mm nylon washers whilst the innovative lug-lock system combats detuning in ever-changing environments.
